We integrate ESG criteria in our day to day

Concerned about the environment

♦ Témpore, aware of the importance of advancing in ESG, is working on the analysis of its buildings to determine and implement improvements that increase the energy efficiency of the portfolio and reduce its impact on the environment.

♦ Our plan to obtain the BREEAM in use residential certificate in 2023 is already underway. In fact, in 2022 we will start its application in 10 of our most important buildings.

♦ The average age of our assets is less than 15 years, well below the average age of 40 years for the Spanish housing stock, which makes them properties more adapted to environmental requirements.

♦ We seek to reduce the impact of our portfolio, which is why we are replacing the lighting in common areas with LED lighting, significantly reducing energy consumption.

♦ We are working with the main electricity companies to provide our buildings with green energy and offer our tenants a more sustainable energy offer for their consumption.

♦ We work to reduce water consumption. In our common areas we install drip irrigation and carefully select the vegetation so that it is low consumption and protects the native biodiversity.

Socially responsible

♦ Témpore offers rental housing at affordable prices in cities where professional rentals are scarce, focused on offering the best service to medium and low income tenants.

♦ Témpore contributes with its activity to the income of public administrations, both national and local, as well as to the creation of direct and indirect employment.

♦ And how could it be otherwise, we care about our employees by offering a healthy work environment, equal opportunities and work flexibility to reconcile personal life.

La actividad de Témpore Properties se centra principalmente en la gestión de inmuebles residenciales en alquiler en zonas con una amplia demanda y con expectativas de obtener una buena rentabilidad a sus accionistas. La estrategia comercial se desarrolla con el apoyo de entidades especializadas que operan en todo el territorio español y que garantizan una buena gestión de los alquileres y una adecuación óptima de sus inmuebles.
